  1. bootlin.com   Boot Linux a binary directly from the CDROM.  On most
  2.               systems this program will not work and you'll get a
  3.               message like "linux loaded too high."  Instead of using
  4.               this program, make a boot floppy with rawrite.exe and
  5.               bootflpy.3in or booflpy.5in, and then boot from that
  6.           floppy disk.

  22.           is old and probably doesn't work.  Boot from the
